My usual place to eat nasi ayam in Kapar. The food are delicious. Usually crowded during peak hours. Recommended to take away during peak hours

April 2023 Chicken Rice Home Stall, Jalan Imam Abdul Aziz 6, Taman Jaya 2, 42200 Kapar, Selangor That one place majority of Kapar's residents recommended to have a visit and try at least once. This was before checking the Google rating. What's special about this place? Highly rated and the crowds in peak hours. Their target customers are mostly based around them. They have repeating customers of all age group over a long period. And to my surprise, of all the customers coming in when we dine in around 7.30am, only 1/3 were Chinese, the rest were mostly Indians. For a shop in a residential corner lot unit, it was decently hygiene. Cones were arranged for the lunch hour queue. Quite systematic. Neatly arranged and presentable servings. About the food, juicy roasted chicken and eggs infused with added sauce, both of them worth trying. Steamed/white chicken and char siew were tasty, basic and firm. Chilli was nice not overpowering with vinegar. They had crispy pork too, but we didn't try. Walked around just to see how the chopping goes, and when peeked, noticed this Pork Sausage. This is a must try. Topped with the same sauce added on Eggs. That sauce made it even tastier. With that fatty sweetness taste like lap cheong, can't resist add on urge. Had to add rice and eggs to accompany the Pork Sausage set. Open as early as 7am until evening. Easy parking. Reasonable pricing. Generous portion. Reasonably clean. Chilli & kicap tray on table !
